At Wellness in Motion, our motto is: Yoga for Everybody and Every Body. We are more than a physical studio space, we are a vibrant community within Centre County. We are committed to both making yoga and wellness accessible to all, and making a tangible impact on the community as a whole. We are making a difference in the following ways:
The Om-azing Scholarship: Making Wellness Accessible
Financial constraints should never be a barrier to health and well-being. Established in February 2026, our Om-azing Scholarship Fund is designed to bridge the gap. Funded by the community through special studio events and donations with a mission of giving back. The goal is to provide at least one FREE community workshop per month open to all. Our first example: March contained four free Metta Meditations.
Strategic Partnerships: Supporting Local Non-Profits
Every month, we select a local beneficiary to receive a portion of our proceeds and community energy. We don’t just donate; we partner. We support these organizations in the way that serves them best:
- Attendance-Based Giving: Where we donate $1 for every individual class attendance. When you show up for your wellness, you fund local aid.
- Fundraising Special Events: We host dedicated “all-in” events where 100% of proceeds go directly to a cause.
- Supply Drives: For partners with tangible needs like the State College Food Bank or Centre County PAWS, we collect donations from our members to fulfill specific “wish lists.”
A Legacy of Impact
We choose our partners based on the voices of our teachers and members. Your passions drive our philanthropy.
