In Studio Options

Yoga Therapy for Backcare

This class is appropriate for those with herniation, osteoporosis/osteopenia, hyper-kyphosos, hyper-lordosis and back pain. Students with scoliosis are also welcome in this class. This is an alignment-based class using the stall bars; not a flowy vinyasa type of a class.  Class size is limited to 6 students, to ensure individual help and attention. Pre-registration is required.

Yoga Therapy for Scoliosis

Learn how to safely practice yoga for scoliosis. Reduce pain, increase body awareness, and restore balance to your body. All levels of students are welcome in this class. Class size is limited to 6 students, to ensure individual help and attention. Pre-registration is required.

Spine Smart Strength Training

Strengthen your whole body in ways that do not compromise your spine. While this class is open to anyone, it is specifically designed for individuals with back conditions such as scoliosis, herniation, spinal fusion, etc.
