
Youth Yoga Flow (ages 11-15)

This series is designed just for tweens and teens, blending mindful movement, play, and confidence-building! Students will explore age-appropriate yoga poses, flowing sequences, and creative movement, all while learning practical tools for connecting mind and body. Each class encourages self-expression, flexibility, and strength, with a focus on having fun and celebrating what their bodies can do. Breathwork and relaxation techniques are woven into every session to help young yogis manage stress and feel grounded both on and off the mat.
