The Herbal Spa

Come relax and unwind at the herbal spa. There will be herbal refreshments including herbal infused water and tea and herbal infused chocolate and other treats. We will talk about how to make some at home herbal relaxation remedies and do some together at the studio. There will be time for bolstering up and resting as well as a guided meditation to focus in on the effects of the plants of our spa evening.
