Summer Solstice: Yoga Flow + Reiki

The summer solstice is the longest, brightest day of the year where the sun reaches its highest point in the sky. Channel the transformative qualities of the summer solstice during this flow class where we’ll build our inner fire, connect to our individual power and give gratitude to the sun.
