Spine Smart Strength Training Series

T/Th noon, July 21st – August 13th.
Strengthen your whole body in ways that do not compromise your spine. While this class is open to anyone, it is specifically designed for individuals with back conditions such as scoliosis, herniation, spinal fusion, etc.
This class is limited to 6 participants and enrolls every 4 weeks. Classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon for a total of 8 classes per session. Cost: $200/session
