Restore Your Core 6-Week Series (Sun pm)

In the RYC® Foundations group classes we will move through exercises designed to train your core and pelvic floor to work reflexively while learning the foundations of improving core function such as alignment and breathing techniques. This class is for someone with core or pelvic floor issues such as prolapse, diastasis recti, leak pee, etc. AND anyone looking to build a strong core strategy and have a better understanding of their body. These classes will be held in person only.
What you get:
- 6 one-hour classes optional with a 10 min Q&A following
- Weekly videos to continue your progress outside of class
- Private FB Group for asking questions, sharing successes, and staying motivated
- Techniques and tips for gained confidence in your body, strength in your core, a pelvic floor that is responsive and supportive.
