Relax and Recover with Herbs and Meditation

Relax and restore with us in this class with the support of herbs and through meditation. Herbal tea and herbal treats/snacks will be provided. This two part class will involve trying some various herbs to help with stress/anxiety and how to incorporate them into your daily routine as well as some time for restoration and meditation.
