Movement RX – Shoulders

Scapulohumeral rhythm is a fancy term describing how movement at both the shoulder blade and the upper arm bone contribute to what we think of as shoulder movement.  When movement doesn’t happen as the joint is designed to move, we end up with things like shoulder impingement, bursitis and rotator cuff tendonitis. In this workshop, we’ll use a variety of movement techniques to support strong and mobile shoulders.
