Mindfulness Book Club

Are you interested in reading about mindfulness and meditation? If so, please join us! We will read one book related to mindfulness every two months and get together to have a chat about ways we can apply the teachings to our everyday lives. Spending two months on each book allows for a more relaxed reading pace and more time for integration. Read at your own pace and join into the discussion regardless of what page you are on.
For September and October 2020, we’ll be reading “Making a Change for Good” by Cheri Huber.
