Mindfulness Book Club

This is a free event for all. Even if you have never been to Wellness in Motion before, come and join us!
This year’s intention for Mindfulness Book Club is to read 4 books, over 8 months affording us more opportunity for community discussion, integration and related activities. Book club dates areall 3rd Sundays of the month, except for the May date and we will always meet from 5:30-6:45pm.
