Mantra, Meditation and Mudra Monthly Series

Interested in meditation but not sure how to get started or looking for new tools to enhance your meditation experiences? Join us once a month for Mantra, Meditation and Mudra class – each class we will learn a new Mantra (chanting) and Mudra (hand postures/positions) to add to our meditation toolbox. These techniques help offer a point of focus for meditation which may help you be successful, in addition meditating with others can have a supportive and positive effect. Each class will consist of discussion/learning time about the new material followed by practice time and ending in quiet meditation together. All welcome. Class cards accepted.
