Chair yoga offers individuals of all abilities a means of support for their practice that is available in home, school, travel and work environments. It is a gentle form of yoga that can reduce strain on joints and is a great stress relieving practice. Chair yoga offers a supportive approach to improving strength and flexibility for those with limited mobility while also supporting those seeking a deeper practice in their day to day lives.
During this workshop style class we will spend some time in community discussing what to expect before settling into our shared practice. Following relaxation we will also allow time to come back together briefly for any questions, shared experience discussion, and more.
This workshop will be led by Kathleen. Regular class cards may be used. Please pre-register at least an hour in advance so you receive the zoom link.
