What does it mean to be Centered & Strong, as a young person, in an ever-changing world?
It means something different to each of us.
It feels different in each of our bodies.
Join Teacher Kat as we explore getting to know our bodies & brains better from a perspective of responding to our energy, as it shows up (and often shifts)!
This 8-week course will allow us to get to know our energetic responses to familiar life experiences/interactions and help us build muscle memory for healing & harmony during times of stress.
And the best part is we will do this in fun & developmentally appropriate ways through movement, art, dance breaks, breathwork, relaxation practices and more!
Sundays 5:30-6:15pm, Oct 9-Dec 11 (No class Oct 23 or Nov 27th)
