Yoga Nidra for Spring Equinox: Put Winter to Bed
March 19 @ 8:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Are you ready to Put Winter to Bed? Join Jill for Yoga Nidra, a gentle non-moving practice designed to support the transition from winter’s inward stillness into the subtle awakening of early spring. Through guided relaxation, breath awareness, and imagery of rest and release, we will quiet the nervous system, and release patterns from winter that no longer need to be carried forward. This practice cultivates deep rest, closure, and renewal, creating space for clarity, intention, and the return of vitality.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a still-practice that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home via zoom. Also known as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative meditation technique that takes you into a state of conscious relaxation. Through breathwork, visualization, and mindfulness, you’ll tap into a place of stillness, clarity, and peace. A form of meditation, Yoga Nidra uses breath awareness, body scan, guided visualization and other techniques to re-wire the entire nervous system.
Benefits of Yoga Nidra:
✔ Release tension and stress ✔ Reduce anxiety and PTSD symptoms
✔ Improve sleep quality ✔ Improve chronic pain symptoms

Yoga Nidra is a deeply healing form of rest: 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of sleep.
