Valentine’s Day Yoga

Join Jill for a special 75-minute Valentine’s Day yoga class designed to open the heart and invite in love—in all its forms. This slow flow practice will focus on heart-opening postures, breathwork and movement to encourage compassion, connection, and presence.
We’ll close with an extended savasana including a guided meditation centered on the heart chakra to cultivate warmth, gratitude, and a deeper sense of self-love.
Come with a friend or loved one, or arrive solo as an act of honoring your own heart. Everyone will leave with a small gift to bring home as a reminder to honor themselves long after class ends. All are welcome.
