Free Community Workshop: Flow and Let Go

Flow and Let Go, Create and Calm, Snack and Succeed – All the things you need to beat test anxiety!
This workshop will focus on a balance of breath work for mental focus and quieting internal voices as spring state testing approaches. Participants will also practice movement to build confidence as well as grounding experiences to create calm. Time together will wrap up with an art activity and a snack n’ chat circle to bring our workshop focus full circle. This workshop is well suited for students in grades 5-8.
