Free Community Metta Meditation

Each Tuesday evening in February, at 8pm
Metta meditation, also known as a loving-kindness meditation, is a practice that cultivates unconditional love and compassion for oneself and all beings. This is a free community offering for all to attend. It’s a short practice that requires no special attire or props; a comfortable way to sit will work just fine. This practice will be offered via Zoom. Pre-registration is required to receive the Zoom link.
