
Worry Reduction Series

Group sessions: 9/27, 10/11 & 10/25, 6:45pm
This series consists of (3) 75-minute group, in-studio sessions involving activities and breathwork that will start to retrain the nervous system, including Vagus nerve function. Each participant will also receive (3) 30-minute private coaching/support sessions via zoom or in person. Group work is beneficial to those who are willing to discuss and share their struggles with anxiety. This dynamic allows for a broader feeling of support and empowerment. It can allow for significant releasing of old behaviors and a greater sense of empowerment. No refunds are given for cancelled or missed reservations for special events.
