DESCRIPTION:Join Laura Sarge\, certified Sound Healer and practitioner of energy wellness\, for a deeply centering and restorative Sound Bath experience. A Sound Bath is a guided meditation and relaxation practice designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system\, helping to counterbalance stress and support Chakra alignment. \nDuring the session\, Laura uses crystal singing bowls\, complementary sound-healing instruments\, gentle lighting\, and aromatherapy to create a hands-off\, immersive environment that encourages vibrational healing. Please note that Sound Baths are not recommended for individuals with larger metal implants. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and be prepared to sit or lie on the floor as they are guided into a state of relaxation and renewal. \nLaura has spent nearly a decade working with sound vibration\, Reiki\, and herbalism\, inspired by her search for holistic ways to support her family’s well-being.
