Bring your own mat and any props that will make you more comfortable in a reclined position: pillow\, blanket\, bolster\, eye pillow\, etc.\n\nA sound bowl meditation is a deeply calming and restorative practice that uses the resonant tones of crystal bowls and other sound modalities to facilitate relaxation and healing. As the bowls are gently struck or played with a mallet\, they produce harmonic vibrations that resonate through the body\, encouraging a state of deep focus and inner peace. These vibrations can help balance energy\, clear emotional blockages\, and promote mental clarity. The sounds guide participants into a meditative state\, where the mind quiets\, stress melts away\, and a sense of tranquility and rejuvenation takes over.
