DESCRIPTION:Sundays\, 5:30-6:15pm beginning October 8th (no class November 26th) \nWhat does it mean to be Centered & Strong\, as a young person\, in an ever-changing world?\nIt means something different to each of us.\nIt feels different in each of our bodies.\nJoin Teacher Kat as we explore getting to know our bodies & brains better from a perspective of responding to our energy\, as it shows up (and often shifts)!\nThis 8-week course will allow us to get to know our energetic responses to familiar life experiences/interactions and help us build muscle memory for healing & harmony during times of stress.\nAnd the best part is we will do this in fun & developmentally appropriate ways through movement\, art\, dance breaks\, breathwork\, relaxation practices and more!\n**Ages 8-11**\nCost: $75 Register here. \nNo refunds are given for cancelled or missed reservations for special events. \n
