We have ALL been impacted by cancer in some way. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to learn about practical, effective ways to prevent cancer before it can even take root? You will learn about the most beneficial foods, supplements, and simple lifestyle modifications to give your body the boost it needs to keep cancer at bay. We will meet 2 times–first to learn about cancer prevention and the weeklong anti-cancer challenge, then to regroup with any questions that need clarification, and to share your experience with the challenge. The person with the most points from the weeklong challenge wins a prize!
