It’s truly a soul-nourishing experience. Bring your own mat and any props that will make you more comfortable in a reclined position: pillow\, blanket\, bolster\, eye pillow\, etc.\n\nA sound bowl meditation is a deeply calming and restorative practice that uses the resonant tones of crystal bowls and other sound modalities to facilitate relaxation and healing. As the bowls are gently struck or played with a mallet\, they produce harmonic vibrations that resonate through the body\, encouraging a state of deep focus and inner peace. These vibrations can help balance energy\, clear emotional blockages\, and promote mental clarity. The sounds guide participants into a meditative state\, where the mind quiets\, stress melts away\, and a sense of tranquility and rejuvenation takes over. DESCRIPTION:This course is specifically designed for beginners\, with an emphasis on those looking to get into a fitness routine\, improve their fitness level\, and especially those looking to move more efficiently with less aches and pains.\nEach session is carefully crafted to improve strength\, flexibility\, and balance using a variety of exercises and techniques. The goal is to develop functional movement patterns that translate to real-life activities\, allowing you to move with ease and confidence in your daily life. In addition to our weekly in person class\, you will receive at home workouts to help you progress throughout the course.\nEquipment used will include dumbbells\, resistance bands\, bodyweight\, a chair and suspension trainer (trx).
