SUMMARY:Family Yoga 6-Week Series (VIRTUAL)
DESCRIPTION:Family Yoga is a time to connect through movement\, breathwork and mindful moments. It’s meant to support one another in building positive tools that can be used together throughout our daily routines. \nFamily Yoga will include:\n– movement (including partner poses!)\n– breathwork (we get creative!)\n– mindfulness exercises (for all ages!)\n– relaxation (we know it’s a practice!) \nAs a fun bonus\, each family will receive a goodie bag of tools for relaxation\, mindfulness\, breath work and busy hands. (Contact free pickup. Or\, if you are non-local we’ll work with you to arrange shipping.) \nClasses will take place ONLINE\, Thursdays\, 4:15-4:45pm from September 3 – October 8th. \nCost: $65/family.
